I mean, "all day awareness" is a goal of being aware all day, essentially mindfulness. And not as a tulpa thing, but as a lucid dreaming technique to bring lucid awareness into dreams. I doubt anyone's claiming to never ever have a lapse in awareness. But if you catch yourself you'd know you went a little while without that mindful awareness

If I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like the idea is that training to notice and promote awareness when awake can be a transferable skill to when asleep.
Like I might be aware of this chat right now, but I wasn't super focused on my overall awareness as a conscious being experiencing the room and myself as an aware being
